About the role

  • Manage the load in the company ERP of proofs of origin for products arriving at Guess DCs retrieving them in the Company Web Vendor Portal or requesting them to Sourcing Depts
  • Be active part in the implementation of an IT tool to load and maintain information
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check output, deal directly with Sourcing Depts to advise of errors from Vendors and follow up
  • On monthly base, monitor all Export Customs Documents not yet cleared and involve CS depts to push customers providing the related Import proofs
  • Ensure International Customer orders are allocated effectively, efficiently and timely and prepare shipments and all necessary documents according to their requests
  • Keep information confidential.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in Logistics, Transportation or Customs brokers
  • Excellent English, written and spoken
  • Very strong Excel skills, experience with database management, pivot tables and functions Vlookup/Hlookup
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
  • Good team attitude
  • Ability to work in a team environment, strong multi-task skills, ability to adapt to a constantly changing work environment
  • Availability to Business Trips (mainly to Guess HQ in Switzerland)
