About the role

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, deliver an outstanding customer experience to our LCL clients
- Provide customers daily, weekly, or monthly follow-up reports
- Track cargo status, ensure smooth execution of end-to-end shipments
- Secure accurate and timely invoicing to customers
- Follow up on operational processes and resolve issues with foreign offices
- Identify root causes of cargo profit/loss and report findings to upper management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the LCL business & LCL product operation
- Previous experience as a forwarder co-loader or in agency operations is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, to manage both internal and external stakeholders
- Military service completed
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications to prepare presentations and management reports
