Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, deliver an outstanding customer experience to our LCL clients
Provide customers daily, weekly, or monthly follow-up reports
Track cargo status, ensure smooth execution of end-to-end shipments
Secure accurate and timely invoicing to customers
Follow up on operational processes and resolve issues with foreign offices
Identify root causes of cargo profit/loss and report findings to upper management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the LCL business & LCL product operation
Previous experience as a forwarder co-loader or in agency operations is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills, to manage both internal and external stakeholders
Military service completed
Fluency in written and spoken English
Proficiency in MS Office applications to prepare presentations and management reports
