About the role

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, deliver an outstanding customer experience to our LCL clients
  • Provide customers daily, weekly, or monthly follow-up reports
  • Track cargo status, ensure smooth execution of end-to-end shipments
  • Secure accurate and timely invoicing to customers
  • Follow up on operational processes and resolve issues with foreign offices
  • Identify root causes of cargo profit/loss and report findings to upper management
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the LCL business & LCL product operation
  • Previous experience as a forwarder co-loader or in agency operations is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills, to manage both internal and external stakeholders
  • Military service completed
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications to prepare presentations and management reports
