About the role

- Manage tenders, debt collection, claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance
- Support the field sales team with acquisition and in the preparation and follow-up of annual client meetings
- Contribute professional expertise to the company’s business development and success
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree or equivalent qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare sector
- A passion for customer care, strong client focus and a commitment to customer satisfaction
