Responsibilities
You handle the individual insurance needs of our clients in the residential housing sector and the real estate industry.
You are the first point of contact in the internal service team and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication.
You negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and experts/adjusters.
Risk analysis, tendering, collections, claims handling, contract drafting and data maintenance are part of your daily responsibilities.
You support our field-based client advisors, including the preparation and follow-up of annual review meetings.
Requirements
Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk, a relevant university degree or an equivalent qualification
Experience in the commercial insurance environment, particularly in the real estate sector
Interest in focusing on the residential housing sector and actively shaping it
Passion for client care, close customer relationships and a commitment to customer satisfaction
Comfortable with a team-oriented ('we') mentality and our family-like working environment
