Requirements
University degree
More than 10 years of relevant experience in the field and 8–10 years of people/team management experience
Ability to secure employee buy-in for organizational objectives
Experience with Agile/SAFe team practices and team management
Experience facilitating problem‑solving groups to propose innovative solutions
Knowledge of the insurance industry (an asset)
Advanced proficiency in French, both oral and written
