  • Insurance advisor managing clients' needs in the industrial and commercial sectors. Finding tailored insurance solutions and handling claims and contracts with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the individual insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
  • Identify and recommend appropriate insurance solutions for each industry
  • Negotiate with service providers, insurers and experts/assessors
  • Handle tenders, debt collection, claims processing, contract preparation and data maintenance

Requirements

  • Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk or a relevant university degree or comparable qualification
  • Passionate about customer service and building close client relationships
  • Committed to delivering excellent customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable contributing to a collaborative, family-like work environment and embracing a strong team spirit
