Responsibilities
Manage the individual insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
Identify and recommend appropriate insurance solutions for each industry
Negotiate with service providers, insurers and experts/assessors
Handle tenders, debt collection, claims processing, contract preparation and data maintenance
Requirements
Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk or a relevant university degree or comparable qualification
Passionate about customer service and building close client relationships
Committed to delivering excellent customer satisfaction
Comfortable contributing to a collaborative, family-like work environment and embracing a strong team spirit
