About the role

Responsibilities
- Handle the individual motor vehicle insurance needs of our clients in the industrial and commercial sectors
- Find the appropriate motor vehicle insurance solution for each industry
- Negotiate on behalf of our clients
- Manage tenders, collections, claims processing, contract preparation and data maintenance
- Support field sales with acquisition activities and prepare annual review meetings
Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or equivalent
- Knowledge of motor vehicle insurance
- Ideally, experience with large fleets
- A passion for customer service and building close client relationships
- Comfortable with a team-oriented 'we' mindset and our family-like work environment
