About the role

  • Quote and order processing.
  • Direct customer communication – inbound and outbound.
  • Monitor ordering for on-time delivery based on agreed customer expectations.
  • Partnership with the Sales Team to ensure long-term account planning activities.
  • Technical consultation.
  • Forecasting of inventory purchases.
  • Vendor Managed Inventory reviews.
  • Engagement with Engineering Solutions as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or beyond.
  • 3+ years of sales and/or account management experience.
  • Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, etc.), ERP Systems, and CRM Knowledge.
  • Even better if you have… Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of customer success or customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of fluid power systems.
  • Fluid power systems training/certifications.
  • Knowledge of the MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) industry.
