About the role

  • Inside Sales position coordinating between project intermediaries and clients. Engaging with potential clients through communication and administrative support in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with project intermediaries regarding proposals and inquiries
  • Coordinate meetings between clients and developers
  • Verify delivery and acceptance of proposals
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Research potential clients
  • Act as a point of contact for prospective clients by phone and email

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration/economics
  • Ideally, professional experience in sales
  • Team player, reliable, well organized, and strong communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated with an independent working style
  • Confident user of PC programs such as MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Very good German language skills; good command of English
