About the role

  • Inside Sales Manager leading and developing a team to drive revenue growth for Fellers in the B2B market. Focused on achieving sales goals and enhancing customer relationships with innovative strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Develop and execute performance plans, sales strategies, and targeted call campaigns aligned with corporate objectives
  • Analyze and monitor sales metrics (e.g., pipeline health, call volume, conversion rate) and provide regular reporting to the Director of Customer Service
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, call reviews, and ongoing training to improve team performance and customer outcomes
  • Partner closely with Business Development Managers and Marketing to align on lead generation, campaign execution, and territory optimization.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and customer focus
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of inside sales talent
  • Drive CRM excellence by ensuring accurate data entry, strong pipeline management, and reliable forecasting
  • Act as a liaison between frontline reps and leadership, identifying process improvements and customer feedback trends

Requirements

  • 5+ years of inside sales experience, with 2+ years in a sales leadership or team lead capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, coach sales reps, and drive pipeline conversion
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales principles, customer lifecycle management, and inside sales KPIs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, challenge, and support team members
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate numbers into action
  • Experience in the automotive, industrial, or specialty materials industries is a plus
