  • Inside Sales Manager in hybrid role expanding partner network for mobile hearing solutions. Engaging potential clients and scheduling appointments for outside sales team.

Responsibilities

  • You contact potential customers by phone — empathetically and persuasively (B2B & B2C).
  • You present our mobile hearing solutions clearly and enthusiastically — no empty phrases, just genuine enthusiasm.
  • You schedule qualified appointments for our field sales team.
  • You maintain your contacts professionally in our CRM — always keeping track of your pipeline.

Requirements

  • You enjoy inspiring people and building trust.
  • Ideally, you have experience in sales, inside sales, or call centers — career changers with drive are very welcome.
  • You are goal-oriented, positive, and enjoy working independently.
  • You enjoy making calls — and it shows.
