About the role

  • Support throughout the entire sales cycle – from quotation preparation to order placement
  • Direct customer support and communication (no cold calling or prospecting)
  • Collaboration with the evoila Business Areas
  • Central point of contact for our manufacturer and distribution partners
  • Processing customer transactions in ERP and CRM systems
  • Independently receive, record and process customer inquiries
  • Prepare and perform cost and price calculations for quotations
  • Support the purchasing/procurement process
  • Continuously review and optimize your own area of work

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in the IT industry, at a system house or at a distributor
  • Solid experience in preparing quotations for IT infrastructure and services as well as in order processing
  • Knowledge of servers, storage, networking and their components, as well as software and licensing
  • Ideally completed vocational training as an IT systems salesperson (IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau) or a comparable qualification
  • Confident handling of distribution processes
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact (no prospecting)
  • Excellent German (native level) and strong English skills (at least B2)
