Inside Sales Associate handling customer inquiries and supporting sales processes in IT sector. Working closely with clients and distribution partners from Mainz or Frankfurt office or remote.
Responsibilities
Support throughout the entire sales cycle – from quotation preparation to order placement
Direct customer support and communication (no cold calling or prospecting)
Collaboration with the evoila Business Areas
Central point of contact for our manufacturer and distribution partners
Processing customer transactions in ERP and CRM systems
Independently receive, record and process customer inquiries
Prepare and perform cost and price calculations for quotations
Support the purchasing/procurement process
Continuously review and optimize your own area of work
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in the IT industry, at a system house or at a distributor
Solid experience in preparing quotations for IT infrastructure and services as well as in order processing
Knowledge of servers, storage, networking and their components, as well as software and licensing
Ideally completed vocational training as an IT systems salesperson (IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau) or a comparable qualification
Confident handling of distribution processes
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact (no prospecting)
Excellent German (native level) and strong English skills (at least B2)
