Responsibilities
Supporting managers and teams with administrative tasks across the department
Processing and managing nuclear documentation with precision and care
Coordinating travel arrangements and managing office supplies
Using business applications and reporting tools to support operations
Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and communications
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with business systems such as IFS, SAP, BMS, FCM, or Coupa (desirable but not essential)
National 5 in English and Maths or Level 3 equivalent
Additional IT or administration qualifications are advantageous
Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
