About the role
- Advise, guide, and configure AI-powered legal solutions using CoCounsel Legal
- Collaborate with legal operations teams to identify pain points for AI integration
- Produce accurate project costing and Statements of Work (SoWs)
- Configure client instances and manage end-to-end solution delivery
- Deliver tailored onboarding and training sessions focused on AI use cases
- Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Sales to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- 3–5 years of enterprise software implementation experience
- Strong understanding of corporate legal department operations
- Experience with AI-powered tools such as CoCounsel, Westlaw, Practical Law, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Familiarity with SaaS troubleshooting, browser settings, and web application performance
