- Deliver tailored onboarding and training sessions focused on AI use cases

Requirements
- 3–5 years of enterprise software implementation experience
- Strong understanding of corporate legal department operations
- Experience with AI-powered tools such as CoCounsel, Westlaw, Practical Law, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Familiarity with SaaS troubleshooting, browser settings, and web application performance
