About the role

  • HRIS Payroll Lead responsible for Workday Payroll solutions and compliance at Masco Corporation. Leading enhancements and collaborating with payroll operations and legal teams for efficient system processes.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Workday Payroll, including earnings, deductions, tax setups, and costing allocations
  • Partner with payroll operations and legal teams to ensure system processes align with compliance requirements
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to coordinate the design, development, and implementation of system enhancements
  • Lead planning and execution of Workday Payroll upgrades and new feature rollouts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 payroll system issues
  • Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to support payroll operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Accounting, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on Workday payroll experience
  • Experience developing advanced reports in Workday (e.g. custom reports, calculated fields)
  • Proven ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams
  • Desire to continuously improve and challenge the status quo
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
