About the role

Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Payroll, including earnings, deductions, tax setups, and costing allocations
- Partner with payroll operations and legal teams to ensure system processes align with compliance requirements
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to coordinate the design, development, and implementation of system enhancements
- Lead planning and execution of Workday Payroll upgrades and new feature rollouts
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 payroll system issues
- Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to support payroll operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Accounting, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on Workday payroll experience
- Experience developing advanced reports in Workday (e.g. custom reports, calculated fields)
- Proven ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams
- Desire to continuously improve and challenge the status quo
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
