Responsibilities
As our HRIS Analyst, you’ll lead the charge in optimizing Workday to deliver efficient HR operations, accurate data, and powerful analytics that drive business success
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing the company’s Workday system to support efficient HR operations and data-driven decision-making
This role partners with HR and business leaders to improve processes, ensure data accuracy, manage integrations, and deliver insightful reporting across all Workday modules
Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday modules, including HCM, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence, Advanced Compensation, and Recruiting.
Collaborate with business leaders to assess needs, gather requirements, and recommend solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy.
Support Workday module implementations and system updates through testing, documentation, and communication.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Conduct ongoing analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for system and workflow improvements.
Provide user training, documentation, and support to ensure effective use of Workday functionality.
Monitor system updates, releases, and best practices to ensure the organization maximizes the value of its HR technology ecosystem.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in Workday system administration, analysis, or HRIS support
Strong understanding of HR business processes, including payroll, compensation, performance, and talent management
Advanced data analysis and Excel skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
