About the role

  • As our HRIS Analyst, you’ll lead the charge in optimizing Workday to deliver efficient HR operations, accurate data, and powerful analytics that drive business success
  • The HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing the company’s Workday system to support efficient HR operations and data-driven decision-making
  • This role partners with HR and business leaders to improve processes, ensure data accuracy, manage integrations, and deliver insightful reporting across all Workday modules
  • Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday modules, including HCM, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence, Advanced Compensation, and Recruiting.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to assess needs, gather requirements, and recommend solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support Workday module implementations and system updates through testing, documentation, and communication.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for system and workflow improvements.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and support to ensure effective use of Workday functionality.
  • Monitor system updates, releases, and best practices to ensure the organization maximizes the value of its HR technology ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Workday system administration, analysis, or HRIS support
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, including payroll, compensation, performance, and talent management
  • Advanced data analysis and Excel skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
