About the role

  • HR Total Rewards Intern managing HRIS, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation for Mom's Meals. Providing training and hands-on experience in a corporate HR environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration and maintenance of HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving HRIS-related issues
  • Support projects related to compensation
  • Contribute efforts in data and pay analysis related to compensation
  • Assist with timely and accurately processing payroll master data and payroll processing
  • Provide prompt customer service with payroll questions and payroll-related policy questions
  • Help process employee benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations in the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
  • Support employee communications by answering basic benefits-related questions and directing complex issues to senior staff for resolution.

Requirements

  • College Junior or Senior at time of internship currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.8 or higher
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate good judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt.
