  • Resolving employment law issues in collaboration with the Legal department

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a senior HR role in mid-sized companies
  • Experience in an international context
  • Deep understanding of HR strategies, processes, and labor/employment law
  • Experience in change management and restructurings
  • Leadership skills with a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
