Responsibilities
Managing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to termination, for your assigned departments
Collaborating with the leadership team and employees to ensure HR strategies are aligned with organizational objectives
Serving as an ambassador for the company culture, promoting employee engagement and supporting change-management initiatives
Providing strategic guidance to the leadership team on employee-related matters to foster a high-performing workforce
Being the first point of call for all HR related queries
Managing the full recruitment cycle
Day-to-day management of HR admin tasks
Issuing periodic HR reports as may be required
Supporting management with people relation matters
Managing all onboarding and offboarding HR tasks
Reporting payroll adjustments and performing checks
Completing work permit applications and renewals
Managing employee health insurance administration tasks
Ensuring that mandatory trainings are completed
Supporting management with the annual review processes
Drafting employment agreements, addendums, letters and any other required HR documentation
Supporting the Head of HR with adhoc tasks and projects
Keeping updated with the latest employment laws
Assisting in HR audits
Requirements
4+ years’ experience working within an HR Business Partner position is a must (iGaming experience is considered an asset)
Strong knowledge of Maltese employment law
2+ years recruiting experience in a very fast-paced environment
Self-motivator and able to motivate others
Highly detail oriented and organized
Excellent level of spoken and written English
A team player with a can-do attitude
Agile mindset
