About the role

  • HR Coordinator assisting a public biotechnology company with HR operations and employee experience. Involved in onboarding, offboarding, and fostering company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees
  • Monitor accurate employee files in HRIS
  • Conduct daily HR administrative tasks
  • Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Coordinate interviews and notify candidates via ATS

Requirements

  • 1 – 3 years of Human Resources experience
  • Degree in Human Resources or a relevant major
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and adapt to a fluid, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, while filling gaps as needed
