Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting and talent development
  • Ideally worked as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
  • Service-oriented HR professional, advisor and driver of change
  • Independent, proactive and solution-oriented
  • Clear, empathetic communication and the ability to interact on equal footing
  • Ideally experience with modern HR tools and digital processes
