About the role

  • HR Business Partner driving employee engagement and organizational development for manufacturing. Collaborating with leadership to implement employee growth programs and HR strategies across a multi-site organization.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the plant's leadership to drive employee engagement and organizational development
  • Design and execute HR strategies that align with divisional goals
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and hire top talent
  • Develop and champion employee growth programs
  • Support and lead change initiatives
  • Monitor, investigate, and educate on compliance issues
  • Build and maintain a proactive compliance management system

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s Degree Preferred)
  • 8 to 10 years of progressive HR management experience
  • Experience managing/mentoring teams
  • Specific experience dealing with a multi-site, multi-state manufacturing organization (2-MA, CA & MX)
  • Extensive experience in Human Resources with a deep understanding of employment laws and best practices
  • Experience negotiating union contracts
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
