About the role
- HRBP supporting veterinary clinics in Île-de-France, ensuring HR compliance and operational strategy. Mentoring clinic directors and facilitating HR policies implementation.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to all clinics in your region
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinics, providing first-line support, advice, and guidance
- Support clinics and operations directors in their strategic planning and decision-making
- Oversee and work to ensure clinics’ compliance with statutory social reporting, health & safety, and employee relations requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner in a matrix organization
- Proven knowledge of HR principles and practices, including employment law, compliance requirements, and employee relations
- Fluent English
- Ability to shift between operational work and strategic planning
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
