  • Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to employees

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Operational HR environment
  • Strong Employee Relations background
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
  • Passion for tourism
  • Experience managing day-to-day HR operations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High level of energy, self-motivation, initiative, and attention to detail
  • Friendly, flexible, and collaborative approach
