Responsibilities
Analyze HR processes and data to identify trends, patterns, and insights and provide actionable recommendations for the business

Apply analytical methods to support various HR initiatives and decision-making processes
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across HR systems and reporting platforms
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in HR Analytics
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools for data visualization and reporting
Strong understanding of HR data, processes, and practices
Strong statistical analysis skills, including experience with correlation, regression, and predictive modeling
Programming skills in Python or SQL are a plus
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
