About the role

  • Analyze HR processes and data to identify trends, patterns, and insights and provide actionable recommendations for the business
  • Collaborate with HR and business partners to identify high-impact questions and deliver data-driven solutions
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
  • Apply analytical methods to support various HR initiatives and decision-making processes
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across HR systems and reporting platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR Analytics
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools for data visualization and reporting
  • Strong understanding of HR data, processes, and practices
  • Strong statistical analysis skills, including experience with correlation, regression, and predictive modeling
  • Programming skills in Python or SQL are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
