Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
- Proven experience in Personnel/Payroll routines (particularly termination/severance calculations);
- Knowledge of labor legislation;
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Experience with HR management systems (experience with Sankhya is desirable);
- Experience with the Pontotel system is considered a plus;
- Preferably residing with easy access to the Vila Olímpia area.
