About the role

  • HR Analyst focusing on Department Pessoal routines at Grupo Abril. Engaging in consultative support and managing electronic point systems, requirements, and internal processes.

Responsibilities

  • Management and handling of electronic timekeeping in compliance with Portaria 671;
  • Consultative support for managers and employees on HR and Personnel matters;
  • Termination/severance calculations and offboarding routines;
  • Support for general HR and Personnel Department activities;
  • Organize, monitor, and ensure deadlines are met for internal area processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
  • Proven experience in Personnel/Payroll routines (particularly termination/severance calculations);
  • Knowledge of labor legislation;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • Experience with HR management systems (experience with Sankhya is desirable);
  • Experience with the Pontotel system is considered a plus;
  • Preferably residing with easy access to the Vila Olímpia area.
