Responsibilities
You support and advise team leaders on personnel development
You plan our training and development programs together with management
You maintain and manage employee master data in the digital personnel file
You prepare reports and analyses based on sound data analysis
You draft employment references and create analyses and personnel overviews
You research and book training courses (individual and in-house group training)
You support applicant management, recruiting, as well as onboarding and offboarding
Requirements
You have experience in operational HR and appreciate varied, hands-on work
You possess relevant vocational training (e.g., certified HR specialist / personnel management) or a relevant degree (e.g., HR Management or Business Psychology)
You communicate openly and clearly
