About the role

  • Manage the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing
  • Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs
  • Self-generate sales leads through community engagement and proactive prospecting
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market and community features
  • Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing
  • Participate in sales meetings and marketing programs
  • Ensure the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes
  • Complete required training and participate in community events

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
