Responsibilities

  • Intensive onboarding into the company's internal structures and processes with the aim of quickly taking on a central leadership role
  • Playing a leading role in strategic and operational projects — acting as a junior project manager, emerging leader, in project management and corporate development
  • Close collaboration with executive management and the owning family
  • Cross-functional work: IT, Procurement, HR, Marketing, Logistics, Real Estate, and more

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience at a reputable strategy and/or management consultancy
  • Above-average university degree (Business Administration, Economics, Law, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Psychology, Social Sciences, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in strategy, projects, project management, and corporate leadership
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and pronounced hands-on mentality
  • Clear ambition to develop toward executive/top-management roles
