About the role
- ERP Consultant implementing Dynamics 365 solutions in project teams, enhancing customer business processes through various project activities and training.
Responsibilities
- In dieser Rolle wirst du ein zentraler Teil unserer Projektteams und begleitest unsere Kund*innen Schritt für Schritt auf dem Weg zur Einführung von Dynamics 365.
- Dabei schaffst du spürbare Verbesserungen in deren Geschäftsprozessen – und erlebst die Wirkung deiner Arbeit unmittelbar.
- Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen, Kundengesprächen, Workshops und Präsentationen
- Koordination und Leitung von Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Entwicklungsabteilung
- Schulung von Key Usern in deren Arbeitsprozessen
- Erarbeitung von passenden Lösungskonzepten zur kundenspezifischen Anpassung von Dynamics 365
- Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden nach erfolgter Einführung von Dynamics 365
Requirements
- Eine abgeschlossene akademische oder berufliche Ausbildung, z. B. in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem angrenzenden Bereich.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der ERP‑Beratung , gerne im Dynamics‑365‑Umfeld.
- Gute funktionale Kenntnisse in Produktion, Handel & Logistik oder Finanzen .
- Die Fähigkeit, komplexe betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge schnell zu erfassen und im ERP abzubilden.
- Analytische Stärke, Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe und Lust darauf, Kund*innen wirklich weiterzubringen.
- Eigenverantwortung, Teamgeist, Bodenständigkeit – und die Motivation, gemeinsam etwas zu gestalten.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
