Responsibilities
- Du identifizierst und strukturierst F&E-Projekte im Hinblick auf ihre Förderfähigkeit, berätst zu passenden Programmen und steuerlichen Instrumenten wie der Forschungszulage und begleitest den Antrag von der Ideenskizze bis zur Bewilligung
- Du verstehst das Business unserer Kunden im Detail und treibst sie aktiv voran („Hörer in der Hand“), um Meilensteine zeitnah zu erreichen.
- Du unterstützt unser Business Development bei Kundenterminen als technische:r Expert:in und weißt, wie man komplexe Technologien und Innovationen überzeugend vermittelt - fachlich fundiert und mit einem klaren Mehrwert fürs Geschäft.
- Du arbeitest zielorientiert und behältst Deine Kennzahlen sowie die Deadlines der Förderanträge stets im Blick.
Requirements
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, Physik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften o.ä.) und verfügst über ein tiefes technisches Verständnis.
- Du bringst mindestens 2-3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise im Consulting oder technischen Projektmanagement.
- Du bist kein:e Theoretiker:in, sondern kommunikationsstark und gewohnt, Projekte eigenverantwortlich und mit hohem Tempo voranzutreiben.
- Erfahrung mit Förderanträgen ist von Vorteil - entscheidend ist jedoch, dass du komplexe technische und wissenschaftliche Sachverhalte präzise und strukturiert darstellen kannst.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
