About the role
- Senior Consultant overseeing banking and risk management projects at MT-ifs, specializing in regulatory compliance and data-driven strategies. Engaging with major banks and financial institutions in transformative projects.
Responsibilities
- Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle in unseren Kundenprojekten und bringst deine fachliche, methodische und regulatorische Expertise gezielt ein.
- Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Strategien, Methoden und Prozessen in der Gesamtbanksteuerung, im Risikocontrolling und Risikomanagement.
- Aktive (Mit-) Gestaltung von Projekten und Prozessen – je nach Schwerpunkt in der Business Analyse, Fachspezialisierung, Umsetzungskoordination, im Testmanagement oder in der (Teil-)Projektleitung.
- Beratung und Umsetzung aufsichtsrechtlicher Anforderungen wie CRD, CRR, MaRisk, IRRBB, ESG – von der Analyse über die Konzeption bis zur Implementierung.
- Analyse, Auswertung und Aufbereitung bankfachlicher Daten zur fundierten Entscheidungsunterstützung.
- Einsatz von Excel/VBA, Access, SQL, Python oder R zur Entwicklung praxisnaher, datenbasierter Lösungen.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Banking-Bezug (z. B. Mathematik, Wirtschaft, Informatik, Ingenieurwesen) sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Banken- oder Beratungsumfeld, idealerweise im Risiko- oder Bankencontrolling.
- Fähigkeit, komplexe quantitative, fachliche und regulatorische Anforderungen strukturiert zu analysieren und in praxisnahe Lösungen zu übersetzen.
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Belastbarkeit sowie Interesse an quantitativen Analysen, regulatorischen und strategischen Fragestellungen im Banking.
- Professionelles Auftreten im Kundenumfeld, ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Excel/VBA, Access, SQL oder vergleichbaren Tools sowie projektbezogene Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands und nach Luxemburg.
