Customer Success Engineer improving heating system efficiency with software solutions at Green Fusion. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to optimize heating processes and reduce emissions.
Responsibilities
You perform optimizations to improve the efficiency of heating systems based on measurement data.
You act as the technical point of contact for customers on complex questions and issues.
You serve as a bridge between Revenue, Product (hardware and plant), Operations and Optimization teams.
You support the sales team with technical questions during demo calls and advise heating technicians.
You work as an interface to the product team, relaying customer requirements and technical feedback.
Requirements
You have a background in energy engineering, ideally with an engineering degree.
You possess solid technical knowledge and, ideally, experience with heating systems and their optimization, but this is not mandatory.
You have strong communication skills and experience interacting with customers.
You are able to explain complex technical matters in a clear and understandable way.
Ideally, you have experience in technical sales or technical support.
You have very good German language skills (C2 level).
