About the role

  • Customer Success Engineer improving heating system efficiency with software solutions at Green Fusion. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to optimize heating processes and reduce emissions.

Responsibilities

  • You perform optimizations to improve the efficiency of heating systems based on measurement data.
  • You act as the technical point of contact for customers on complex questions and issues.
  • You serve as a bridge between Revenue, Product (hardware and plant), Operations and Optimization teams.
  • You support the sales team with technical questions during demo calls and advise heating technicians.
  • You work as an interface to the product team, relaying customer requirements and technical feedback.

Requirements

  • You have a background in energy engineering, ideally with an engineering degree.
  • You possess solid technical knowledge and, ideally, experience with heating systems and their optimization, but this is not mandatory.
  • You have strong communication skills and experience interacting with customers.
  • You are able to explain complex technical matters in a clear and understandable way.
  • Ideally, you have experience in technical sales or technical support.
  • You have very good German language skills (C2 level).
