Responsibilities
Collaborate in formulating the long-term vision and strategic direction for the Middle East. Act as an internal strategy consultant to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
Partner with the Middle East General Manager and leadership team to analyse performance drivers and identify opportunities for business growth and continuous improvement.
Co-lead the weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance reviews, focusing on market and market share performance, and track achievements against targets.
Manage the leadership team Strategic Initiative Review, ensuring effective execution of strategic initiatives.
Lead critical cross-functional projects across the Middle East, coordinating with both country-specific and central teams.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, finance, banking. Relevant experience in a high growth environment
Fluent English (written and spoken)
