- Coach, mentor and develop the talent within our team
Requirements
- 6+ years of supply chain experience: operations, S&OP, modelling, planning, replenishment, etc.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills are a must
- Experience with Power BI, SAS or any other ETL/data visualization processes
- Strong leadership skills, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Comfortable with finding insights from data and making them meaningful to all levels of employees
- Storytelling and presentation skills are required
- Able to influence and lead a project effectively
- Digital experience: statistical modelling, consulting, or report automation
- DataBricks, R Programming, Python, SQL or any other technical programming language a plus
