About the role
- Head of Strategy and Operations at Novartis driving strategic projects in the Nordics. Supporting the Country President and Leadership Team in ensuring business success.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic and tactical projects supporting the Nordic Country President and Leadership Team
- Continuous support to Nordics Country President and Team on an ad-hoc basis
- Contribute to the development and communication of our strategic roadmap
- Consolidate and produce business plans and review together with other business heads
- Provide support in preparing presentations for internal and external meetings
- Lead and drive strategic cross-functional projects as defined by the Cluster Team
- Assist in tracking and providing analytical and insight driven reports
- Facilitates best practice sharing across markets within the cluster
- Provides coaching in the context of operational excellence, strategic networking and impact on digital initiatives
- Supports communication and leadership presentations
- Coordinates and structures leadership team meetings
- Liaise and coordinate with Novartis stakeholders
Requirements
- Master's or bachelor's Degree
- Min. 5 years of experience in Commercial and/or medical and/or Market access and/or Marketing from the Pharma industry
- Leading without authority / indirect leadership
- Proficient English, both written and spoken
- Agility and navigating complexity
- Project Management experience
- Experience with the daily usage of AI tools
- Consulting background (desirable)
- Fluent in one of the Nordic languages (desirable)
