About the role

  • Drive strategic and tactical projects supporting the Nordic Country President and Leadership Team
  • Continuous support to Nordics Country President and Team on an ad-hoc basis
  • Contribute to the development and communication of our strategic roadmap
  • Consolidate and produce business plans and review together with other business heads
  • Provide support in preparing presentations for internal and external meetings
  • Lead and drive strategic cross-functional projects as defined by the Cluster Team
  • Assist in tracking and providing analytical and insight driven reports
  • Facilitates best practice sharing across markets within the cluster
  • Provides coaching in the context of operational excellence, strategic networking and impact on digital initiatives
  • Supports communication and leadership presentations
  • Coordinates and structures leadership team meetings
  • Liaise and coordinate with Novartis stakeholders

Requirements

  • Master's or bachelor's Degree
  • Min. 5 years of experience in Commercial and/or medical and/or Market access and/or Marketing from the Pharma industry
  • Leading without authority / indirect leadership
  • Proficient English, both written and spoken
  • Agility and navigating complexity
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience with the daily usage of AI tools
  • Consulting background (desirable)
  • Fluent in one of the Nordic languages (desirable)
