  • Head of Sales for DACH region at ARGO-HYTOS managing strategic growth and major client relationships. Leading the sales team and driving business success with operational market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the DACH sales region
  • Develop and implement business plans and a clear sales and growth strategy
  • Build and expand sustainable customer relationships
  • Lead, motivate and develop your team
  • Define and achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Analyze markets and competitors
  • Optimize internal sales processes
  • Conduct price and contract negotiations
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and customer events

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience in the hydraulics industry
  • University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Proven track record in building and expanding sales structures and customer relationships
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and high execution capability
  • Excellent German and English skills
