Requirements
Relevant professional experience in the hydraulics industry
University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Proven track record in building and expanding sales structures and customer relationships
Strong leadership and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and high execution capability
Excellent German and English skills
