About the role

  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear narratives.
  • Define and execute the vision for marketing analytics aligning with business goals and marketing priorities.
  • Hire, manage, and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Oversee the development of measurement frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to evaluate marketing effectiveness across channels.
  • Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing) to improve targeting, personalization, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and IT to ensure scalable, secure, and accessible data pipelines and tools.
  • Stay current on analytics trends, tools, and technologies, and champion their adoption where appropriate.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in Analytics with progressive leadership
  • Experience leading teams in Marketing Analytics
  • Expert level executive level stakeholder management and presentation
