Responsibilities
Own the operational strategy for the region
Lead and manage Senior Operations Managers
Define regional KPIs and performance metrics
Oversee all capacity and resource planning
Ensure consistency of operational standards across the region
Drive continuous improvement and innovation
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product leadership
Represent regional operational needs in global planning discussions
Provide executive-level updates on regional performance
Lead, coach, and inspire Senior Operations Managers
Engage with key accounts and stakeholders
Requirements
10–12+ years in regional operations, program management, or solutions delivery with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
Proven ability to lead and scale diverse teams across multiple countries
Strong capability in shaping and executing operational strategy
Familiarity with enterprise software deployments and automation
Proficiency with project management software, including Microsoft 365 and Jira
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
A relevant degree qualification is preferred
A Project Management qualification (Prince2, PMP, etc.) is preferred
