- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product leadership
- Represent regional operational needs in global planning discussions
- Provide executive-level updates on regional performance
- Lead, coach, and inspire Senior Operations Managers
- Engage with key accounts and stakeholders
Requirements
- 10–12+ years in regional operations, program management, or solutions delivery with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven ability to lead and scale diverse teams across multiple countries
- Strong capability in shaping and executing operational strategy
- Familiarity with enterprise software deployments and automation
- Proficiency with project management software, including Microsoft 365 and Jira
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- A relevant degree qualification is preferred
- A Project Management qualification (Prince2, PMP, etc.) is preferred
- Willingness to travel (up to 30% of working time)
