About the role

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Danpower Group — from target audience analysis to a cross‑media marketing mix
  • Define brand positioning and strengthen market recognition
  • Plan and manage B2B and B2C campaigns including social media, web and traditional formats
  • Responsibility for the marketing budget and planning the efficient use of resources
  • Analyze market and competitor trends and develop concrete measures
  • Line and functional management of a growing marketing team
  • Report directly to executive management and work closely with them on the strategic direction of marketing

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience and expertise in marketing/communications — ideally in the energy sector
  • Solid knowledge of brand management, employer branding, brand strategy and digital marketing in a technology‑oriented environment
  • Confident use of digital tools (e.g., CRM, CMS, Social Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe, etc.)
  • Practical experience with AI‑based content creation and automation tools
  • Excellent German communication skills
  • Good English skills are a plus
