Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Danpower Group — from target audience analysis to a cross‑media marketing mix
Define brand positioning and strengthen market recognition
Plan and manage B2B and B2C campaigns including social media, web and traditional formats
Responsibility for the marketing budget and planning the efficient use of resources
Analyze market and competitor trends and develop concrete measures
Line and functional management of a growing marketing team
Report directly to executive management and work closely with them on the strategic direction of marketing
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Professional experience and expertise in marketing/communications — ideally in the energy sector
Solid knowledge of brand management, employer branding, brand strategy and digital marketing in a technology‑oriented environment
Confident use of digital tools (e.g., CRM, CMS, Social Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe, etc.)
Practical experience with AI‑based content creation and automation tools
Excellent German communication skills
Good English skills are a plus
