About the role

  • Responsible for sales and marketing in the IT division
  • New client acquisition in key target industries
  • Cross- and upselling within the existing customer base
  • Responsibility for sales acquisition strategies
  • Profit & Loss (P&L) and revenue responsibility
  • Development, management and active support of the sales team
  • Point of contact for management on governance matters
  • Responsibility for sales reporting within the sales process

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in IT services sales
  • A strong network in the armaments, defense and aerospace industries is an advantage
  • Empathetic personality
  • Goal- and results-oriented
  • Strong sales, customer and service orientation
  • Leadership experience and management skills
  • Creative ideas and enthusiasm for shaping processes
  • Methodological competence and conceptual skills
  • German language skills (spoken and written, at least C1)
  • Good command of English
