About the role
- Lead and manage the Titan Wealth Adviser Academy, including recruitment, training, and development of financial advisers and paraplanners
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the academy and set performance goals
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and recently qualified financial advisers
- Lead the selection, assessment, onboarding and transition process, ensuring focus on quality of candidates
- Provide ongoing mentorship and support to academists and ensure high retention levels
- Develop strategic plans to attract new financial advisers and expand the academy
- Work with internal partners and external commercial partners to identify and enable career pathways into the Adviser Academy
- Run regional selection events and candidate intakes across identified Regional offices
- Build relationships with graduate and further education establishments to facilitate early careers pipeline
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and implement risk management strategies
- Drive oversight of central T&C scheme with regional and central compliance managers and supervisors
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Preferred (but not essential) Level 4 RQF Diploma in Financial Planning
