Head of content and creative team for FARFETCH defining brand content strategy and leading a multidisciplinary team in luxury fashion initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead, manage and coach our creative, fashion and social teams (>10 FTEs), ensuring they’re engaged and motivated to produce creative content and design to the highest standards
Define and create exceptional editorial and commercial content
Define editorial content plan and creative vision, working closely with the Merchandising team to identify focus categories
Work with the Creative team on shoot briefs, overseeing the creative direction and execution of the shoot
Help develop a talent pool of creatives for FARFETCH to work with
Drive creative and brand vision into our marketing channels
Directly oversee all social channels
Work closely with marketing channel owners (CRM, Display, Affiliates, PPC) to define and execute on content/asset requirements and develop exceptional design's
Liaise with product teams on products and projects, ensuring art direction is supported and aligned
Manage a $mm creative budget, ensuring cost efficiency and optimisation at all times
Requirements
Strong people leadership and management experience, with proven success leading and managing a diverse team.
Ability to think strategically, whilst managing operational plans
Proven digital / fashion experience.
Proven experience art directing fashion photo shoots in the luxury fashion industry.
Strong knowledge of typography.
Strong industry knowledge and connections with creative talent e.g. photographers, stylists
Excellent senior stakeholder management skills, able to manage competing priorities
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign & Sketch
