About the role

  • Build and scale a new product across multiple channels, targeting $1B in AUM inflows within a year.
  • Build and lead a national sales team, with a focus on recruiting, training, and cultivating a performance-driven culture.
  • Develop sales enablement tools—playbooks, collateral, and education—to support advisor-led growth.
  • Develop KPIs and success metrics for pipeline, conversion, and channel productivity; report to leadership and the Board.
  • Shape and execute brand and marketing strategies in coordination with marketing lead across media, distribution partners, and direct channels.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in asset-management distribution, including placing registered interval/tender-offer in retail channels.
  • Deep relationships across RIAs/IBDs/aggregators; experience negotiating platform economics.
  • Strong command of FINRA/1940-Act/Securities Act distribution rules and compliance workflows.
  • Data-driven operator who can build repeatable playbooks and dashboards.
  • Startup/operating experience with a lean team is a plus.
