About the role

  • Develop and own the UK B2B marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals
  • Develop and execute data-driven campaigns to drive lead acquisition and pipeline growth
  • Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging for target business audiences
  • Lead go-to-market strategy development and oversee delivery of bespoke sales collateral
  • Work with sales and account management to define merchant and landlord communication and engagement strategies
  • Lead co-marketing initiatives with merchants and landlords to drive awareness and adoption
  • Partner with sales and CRM to ensure accurate lead capture, handoff, high-quality pipeline and conversion optimisation
  • Oversee development of presentation decks and talk tracks for C-suite speaking opportunities
  • Support scoping, definition and implementation of partner marketing programmes and report results
  • Build, manage, and mentor the B2B marketing team, fostering a data-driven, results-oriented culture
  • Oversee creation of content (case studies, research, webinars, blog posts) and thought leadership
  • Position company and leaders through PR, speaking engagements and strategic partnerships
  • Set KPIs, report on marketing performance and optimise cost of acquisition using data and insights

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Progressive B2B marketing experience, including a leadership role (ideally within e-commerce, logistics or retail)
  • Proven ability to build and execute impactful B2B strategies and distinctive campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM, and automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Experience applying AI to enhance marketing performance, targeting, and efficiency
  • Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to optimisation and decision-making
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; problem-solving and curiosity
