About the role

  • Define and drive Clarity’s global partner strategy, with focus on system integrators, and hyperscalers.
  • Lead the full partnership lifecycle: identification, recruitment, enablement, GTM execution, and ongoing management.
  • Develop existing partnerships into meaningful revenue drivers.
  • Drive partner-sourced and influenced revenue by embedding co-sell engagement with Clarity’s regional sales teams.
  • Set clear KPIs, build reporting dashboards, and regularly present performance to Clarity’s leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless alignment of partner initiatives.
  • Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into compelling joint value propositions.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic partners.
  • Act as the senior sponsor and trusted advisor for key accounts within the partner ecosystem.
  • Hire, coach, and scale a high-performing alliances team.
  • Instil a growth-oriented, collaborative culture aligned with Clarity’s values.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales at a B2B SaaS or cloud services company.
  • 4+ years in Alliances leadership roles, including hiring and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong track record of building partnerships with global SIs and hyperscalers (especially GCP).
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing joint GTM strategies and driving revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and ability to identify new market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, with experience presenting to C-level stakeholders.
