About the role

  • Responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with new clients
  • Accountable for generating revenue opportunities for Asure’s platform of Human Capital Management solutions as an outbound sales representative
  • Business to business prospecting, nurturing current relationships, building new relationships
  • Running demos, discovery calls with a keen focus on closing new business
  • Identify and develop new prospects thru working curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5 years' experience in a quota driven sales environment
  • Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred, but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively
  • Proven relationship building and client service skills
  • Pro-active, results oriented and team-oriented approach to sales
  • Ambitious and positive attitude; self-motivated with a desire to impact your income through achievement and overachievement of quota that will also impact upward career trajectory
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Teams or other comparable tools is preferred
