Responsibilities
Responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with new clients
Accountable for generating revenue opportunities for Asure’s platform of Human Capital Management solutions as an outbound sales representative
Business to business prospecting, nurturing current relationships, building new relationships
Running demos, discovery calls with a keen focus on closing new business
Identify and develop new prospects thru working curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
5 years' experience in a quota driven sales environment
Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred, but not required
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proven relationship building and client service skills
Pro-active, results oriented and team-oriented approach to sales
Ambitious and positive attitude; self-motivated with a desire to impact your income through achievement and overachievement of quota that will also impact upward career trajectory
Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Teams or other comparable tools is preferred
