About the role

  • Drive new customer acquisition and partnerships through proactive outreach and pipeline building
  • Build trusted relationships with external prospects and guide them through the sales cycle
  • Ensure smooth customer onboarding in collaboration with Product and TPM teams
  • Surface customer insights and feedback to influence roadmap priorities and GTM strategies
  • Independently manage deals end-to-end, from prospecting through to close and customer adoption
  • Explore new verticals and markets by identifying trends and evolving client needs

Requirements

  • Track record of strong relationship management skills with external-facing client or partner roles and experience driving toward mutual goals
  • Ability to clearly articulate value propositions and build trust with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable running multiple opportunities in parallel
  • Strong independent execution and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Empathy-driven communicator with a client-first approach
  • Thrive in ambiguity and see constant change as opportunity, not obstacle
  • Prior work with AI, SaaS, or technical products
  • Prior exposure to a product-led growth strategy and usage-based business model
  • BA/BS degree or higher, with technical degrees a plus
