GTM Engineer designing automation flows for outbound GTM systems at Built Technologies. Collaborating with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Design and maintain automation flows that streamline agent workflows across Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Salesforce and other tools.
Automate repetitive steps in prospecting — including list generation, enrichment, outreach sequencing, and follow-up tasks.
Build logic that improves agent targeting and prioritization (e.g., account scoring, action triggers, etc.)
Develop and maintain playbooks and dashboards that give GTM agents clear visibility into performance and next actions.
Monitor agent activity, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline contribution to identify friction points or drop-offs
Analyze conversion data (activity → meeting → opportunity) to surface patterns and recommend improvements
Collaborate with GTM leadership to test and iterate on outbound messaging, cadence design, and lead prioritization
Translate data into actionable insights that drive coaching, territory adjustments, or automation improvement
Build and refine cross-system automations using no-code or low-code tools (e.g., Clay logic, Salesforce Flow, Zapier, or Workato).
Requirements
Experience in GTM Engineering or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
Proven experience building and maintaining automated sales workflows.
Track record of taking ownership to deliver results quickly
Comfort with A/B testing, campaign analysis, and funnel optimization.
Strong analytical mindset — fluent in data-driven problem solving and performance tracking.
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Clay, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Technical proficiency with automation tools or light scripting (Zapier, Workato, or API connectors).
Understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles and the nuances of multi-stakeholder deals.
