About the role

  • Growth Team Operations Assistant joining a fast-paced Growth team in Surry Hills. Supporting team operations, scheduling, referrals, CRM management, and event coordination for a legal services firm.

Responsibilities

  • Use our referrals playbook to give LegalVision members helpful referrals to our vetted list of partners
  • Work with Finance to manage monthly commission calculations and payments to relevant partners
  • Keep our CRM clean, accurate, and up-to-date
  • Manage recurring meetings, team calendars, and one-off scheduling needs
  • Assist in organising venues and logistics for mid-market and SME events
  • Jump in wherever needed to help the Growth team operate smoothly and effectively

Requirements

  • demonstrated experience in an administrative or team coordination role
  • self-starter and an organised go-getter who executes tasks and drives results
  • strong communicator who can quickly build rapport with team members
  • enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
